Active, Continuous Monitoring

  • Real-time indication of patients' location by areas
  • Automatic alerts upon patients leaving or entering pre-defined areas
  • Prompt Staff Pager alerts including patient's ID, location & nature of alarm
  • Immediate doors & gateways exits/entries alerts

Simple Installation & Operation

HomeFree at Care Centers systems are wireless and easy to install. No special infrastructure is required. HomeFree wall mounted Wireless Monitoring Units enable monitoring of facilities of all shapes and sizes including porches and other peripheral areas.

Personal Watchers™, worn by patients, continuously send silent signals to the Wireless Monitoring Units which communicate with the Local Monitoring station, for processing and distribution of alerts to Staff Pagers. The Local Monitoring Station runs on a standard PC, featuring a user-friendly software.
When a patient leaves or enters pre-designated areas, the system automatically alerts staff members by Pagers. Similar alerts are induced upon tamper with or removal of the Personal Watcher™.

Innovative Personal Watcher™

HomeFree Personal Watcher™ (PW), worn by dementia patients only, is a uniquely designed wristwatch. It continuously sends a silent signal to the wall-mounted Wireless Monitoring Units.

  • As simple as wearing a watch
  • Lightweight, waterproof
  • Strap tamper alerts
  • A year of continuous operation
  • De-activation feature for extended battery functionality
  • Low battery indication
